Damp Proof Course (DPC) Housing Grade

Zedex Housing Grade DPC is based on the same polymer technology as Zedex CPT DPC. It is designed to provide house builders with a robust, higher performing and cost effective alternative to traditional British Standard DPC's. Housing Grade is strong and flexible remaining workable throughout the seasons. It can be used with a wide range of products such as silicon mastics without causing discolouration.
