What are loyalty points?

To reward our customers for their continued loyalty we have launched our new FREE Loyalty Points Programme, our new Loyalty Club. If you are already registered you will be automatically enrolled into the scheme, if not simply register here if you are an existing account customer, or on the payment pages if you are a first time customer to be automatically enrolled.

How do I return an item?

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Yes, when going through the checkout you can select to register a new address for delivery. (The address will be saved for the next purchase so only need to enter it once)
