Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr & Finish PRO Unitized Wheel is our new metalworking tool with 3M precision shaped grain woven throughout the abrasive. These unitised wheels have a soft nylon fibre backing and include a Roloc^(TM) attachment for swift, easy connection to power tools.

To streamline deburring, finishing or blending applications use our Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr & Finish PRO Unitized Wheel. Typically, abrasives excel in one area - deburring, finishing or blending. This multi-purpose wheel is unique, because it's engineered to do all three. These wheels offer all the usual benefits of Scotch-Brite™ abrasives, including load resistance and a responsive open web. What sets them apart from other Scotch Brite abrasives is 3M precision shaped grain. The proprietary mineral is interwoven throughout the abrasive, and is engineered for hardness and strength. The sharp cutting mineral is counteracted by soft, buoyant nylon fibres that respond to surface irregularities and contours. Gaps between fibres allow debris to escape and help minimise loading. Together, the web and mineral combine to aggressively tackle the substrate without sacrificing predictable results. This wheel comes with the added benefit of a Roloc™ attachment. Operators can quickly and swiftly attach the wheel to a Roloc backup pad (sold separately) that connects to the power tool. Altogether, Roloc attachment systems help enhance productivity by minimising the time it takes to set up wheel and tool connections.
