TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy, are applicable across the entire "Rewards For You" Scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for additional and optional elements of the scheme. Members participating in the optional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions.

2. The "Rewards For You" Scheme account and points, in whatever form, are issued by and remain the property of Allfix Ltd which may, at any time, terminate the scheme or alter or amend the conditions of operation of the scheme. The loyalty points have no cash value. They are not for resale / publication and valid in the UK only.

3. All members of the scheme must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

4. Members are only entitled to one "Rewards For You" account each. Allfix Limited reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

5. Members must register their personal details and keep Allfix Limited informed of any changes. Allfix Limited cannot be held responsible for any loss of points incurred as a result of out of date details. Accounts with out of date details that have not been updated for two years will be removed and any points forfeited.

6. Allfix Limited may decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Loyalty Advantage club membership and / or remove a member from the scheme at any time where there is reasonable belief of:

1. any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme.
2. any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the scheme.
3. any behaviour relating to the "Rewards For You" or Allfix Limited that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.

7. Allfix Loyalty Points can only be used for purchases from Allfix Ltd

8. The scheme is for both personal and business users. A credit account is not required to take advantage of the Loyalty Points Scheme.

9. For any Allfix website login account that has more than one user, all users accrue and share the same points.

10. Allfix cannot be held responsible for any loss to any account member as a result of any other account member providing or updating information relating to the joint account.

11. Members can choose to leave the scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme members forfeit the right to any points already accrued or issued.

12. Members who do not redeem any points within the expiry date period specified will lose their points and will only accrue once they start spending with us again under the conditions specified herein.

13. Members may inherit the points of a family member who has died by providing a written request informing us of the membership details of the deceased.

14. Members will be required to login to our website to manage/redeem points on purchases made through any catalogue, phone, trade counter or online transaction.

15. Points collected from Allfix Ltd will be credited to the "Rewards For You" member's account where a discount will be given against future orders or win a promotional product. The current offer will always be shown on our website.

16. The amount of points awarded may change without notice, but reasonable notice will be given where possible by notices on our website and may vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and any promotional offers.

17. Members can earn a maximum of 20,000 points and then must redeem the points before they expire. Once redeemed the points counter will reset where points can be earned again. Redemption limits and redemption expiry times may vary according to individual customer spend. Written confirmation of individual redemption limits and redemption expiry times can be provided on request.

18. Allfix may set a limit on the number of times points may be awarded for promotional items on which additional points are available. Individual promotions may have different limits as communicated in their purchase conditions. Any participation in promotional offers above and beyond what could objectively be considered consumer behaviour or personal use, may be considered as abuse of the scheme.

19. Allfix is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.

20. Points awarded at the time of the transaction already issued may be removed or cancelled if Allfix Ltd determines that the points were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were awarded in error. For the avoidance of doubt, any advice or actions of our staff that is contrary to these terms and conditions will not have the effect of changing these terms and conditions.

21. Points have no value until redeemed. The current conversion value of points is one-point equals one penny. All prices exclude VAT.

22. Allfix Ltd is under no obligation to award Loyalty Points for any reason outside of qualifying transactions.

23. Loyalty points are valid for a maximum of one year from date of issue and are accompanied by an expiry date set by Allfix Ltd

24. Loyalty points can be redeemed once at their face value, on the Allfix website at www.allfix.co.uk

25. The promoter of the "Rewards For You" Club is Allfix Ltd, 2 Leyland Road, Wallisdown, Poole, Dorset BH12 5HB.

26. These terms and conditions are correct as of November 2018 and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts. Allfix Limited reserves the right to change these, at any time, on reasonable notice for legal, regulatory, business or policy reasons. Members who continue to participate in the scheme following such a change will be considered to have accepted the updated terms and conditions.

A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.

27. Severability - If any provision of this agreement is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions herein shall continue in full force and effect as if this agreement has been agreed with the invalid illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

28. Allfix Ltd will not be responsible and disclaim all liabilities for technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Allfix.co.uk site. This includes unreliability or inaccuracy of the data on the Allfix website although we maintain our servers and data held within to the highest possible standard.
