Account Features

Display Orders - Has Your Order Been Dispatched or in Progress?

Now you can view your orders, we will even tell you if your order has been completed or if the order is still in progress. Simply click 'Display Orders' to view any order your company has placed with Allfix Ltd in the last 12 months. This will include EVERY order you have phoned through, collected on the trade counter or EVEN taken by our sales representatives. The orders can be viewed in date order and if you wish you can place a new order for the same item you are viewing. Simply click the 'Repeat Order' button and the whole order is repeated! You can even repeat any single line item from that order by clicking the 'Repeat Line' button - it is that simple!

Order History- Every Item You Have Bought Can Be Seen Quickly and in Order of Popularity

Here you can view every item you have purchased by month or over the last 12 months. You can buy the products you have previously purchased displayed in order of popularity! You can then choose to buy really quickly all your must have items!

Account Transactions - An Absolute Must For Your Accounts Department

Your Allfix statement is now ONLINE for your perusal. You will be able to see how we have allocated your payments and because the system updates your statement every day, every invoice will be shown here as they are printed. You can also request copies of invoices at a click of a button! They will be sent direct to you via email.

Favourites and User Settings - Save Those Interesting Products as You Browse.

Favourites - Most buyers like to browse and now with over 45,000 products on line it's possible you did not realise the depth of our product range. Every Product Item has an Add to Favourites Button,click any items you are interested in, and save them in the favourites section of our site. This means at your leisure you can view your favourites for discussion with our sales team at a later date or even buy on line once you have decided it's right for you.

User Settings - here you can change your personal password at your leisure and if your company has other users who would like to access your data we can create a unique username and password for them.
