We use Fedex, a quick and reliable carrier service and deliver to most areas of the mainland UK.

Our Standard Delivery Charges Are: (Subject To VAT)
Orders under £25 in value - £5.95
Orders over 25kg - £6.95
Orders over 50kg - £12.95
Orders over 75kg - £19.95
Orders over 100kg - £25.95
Orders over 200kg - £35.00
Orders over 300kg - £65.00

Carriage Is Calculated In The Checkout

"Local Delivery is FREE using our own fleet of vans"

• Orders to locations out of Fedex's normal delivery area (e.g. highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, off shore islands) are subject to additional charges, we will contact you with the amount once this has been calculated.
• We use our own van drivers within our local delivery area so we can deliver even very heavy goods for free.
• We do not ship to internationally at present, we only deliver to customers who live within mainland UK.
• We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays however we can arrange a Saturday delivery via our carrier service for an additional fee.
• We endeavour to dispatch most of our items in 48 hours subject to stock levels at our warehouse. This excludes orders placed outside office working hours Monday to Friday and public holidays.
• If any items on an order are not in stock and there has been a delay, we can despatch the rest of the order and the remaining items will be sent seperately by request, usually within a few days. Very occasionally there may be an unexpected delay from our suppliers, we will contact you in this case.
• For unusual items we do not have in stock, in most cases the maximum delivery time from our suppliers is 7-10 days. We will inform you of the order's progress but please email if you have any concerns.
• As all orders are picked and packed by our staff in our own warehouse, in very busy periods it may take a few days to process and dispatch your order.

Disclaimer

The above information applies to most cases but there are a few exceptions. Very occasionally we may have to use our carrier service rather than our own vans for very hard to reach areas in our local delivery range.

We reserve the right to change our carrier charges without notice but any additional expenses will be clearly shown on site.
