Delivery Information

Allfix offer a cheap and simple pricing structure with very reasonable delivery rates.

We use ANC / Fedex, a quick and reliable carrier service and deliver to any location in mainland UK.

We use our own vans and drivers for local deliveries within the postcode areas explained below, even for very heavy goods.

In most cases if a carriage charge is applicable we have one simple fixed cost of £6.95.

Allfix credit account customers who have registered on our website usually qualify for FREE delivery depending on distance and weight.

For non account customers a carriage charge of £6.95 applies to orders placed in most postcode areas in mainland UK. For non account customers who live in our local postcode area radius (see below), delivery is FREE.

If the total weight is over 25kg a normal carriage charge of £6.95 will apply + 40p per extra 1kg sent. We will contact you before dispatch to notify you if your order exceeds 25 kilos

For hard to reach areas in the UK (for example the highlands of Scotland) our carrier company will charge extra, we will contact you if extra carriage charges apply. This also applies to off shore islands and Ireland.

We currently only deliver to mainland UK and do not deliver to international locations at present.

We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays however we can arrange a Saturday delivery via our carrier service for an additional fee.

We endeavour to dispatch most of our items in 48 hours subject to stock levels at our warehouse. This excludes orders placed outside office working hours Monday to Friday and public holidays.

If any items on an order are not in stock and there has been a delay, we can despatch the rest of the order and the remaining items will be sent seperately by request, usually within a few days. Very occasionally there may be an unexpected delay from our suppliers, we will contact you in this case. For unusual items we do not have in stock, in most cases the maximum delivery time from our suppliers is 7-10 days. We will inform you of the order's progress but please email if you have any concerns.

As all orders are picked and packed by our staff in our own warehouse, in very busy periods it may take a few days to process and dispatch your order.

Disclaimer.

The above information applies to most cases but there are a few exceptions. Very occasionally we may have to use our carrier service rather than our own vans for very hard to reach areas in our local delivery range.

We reserve the right to change our carrier charges without notice but any additional expenses will be clearly shown on site.
