Delivery Information
Allfix offer a cheap and simple pricing structure with very
reasonable delivery rates. We use ANC / Fedex, a quick and reliable carrier service and deliver to
any location in mainland UK. We use our own vans and drivers for local deliveries within
the postcode areas explained below, even for very heavy goods. In most cases if a carriage charge is applicable we have one
simple fixed cost of £6.95. Allfix account customers who have registered on our website
usually qualify for FREE delivery depending on distance and
weight. For non account customers a carriage charge of £6.95
applies to all orders under £50 for all postcode areas. For non account
customers who live in our local postcode area radius, any order over £50 is
entitled to FREE delivery except if the total weight is over
50kg. In this case a normal carriage charge of £6.95 will apply + 40p per Kg
thereafter. Our local postcode area served by our own vans and drivers

We currently only deliver to mainland UK and do not
deliver to international locations at present. We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays however we can arrange a Saturday delivery via our carrier service for an additional fee. We endeavour to dispatch most of our items next day subject
to stock levels at our warehouse. This excludes orders placed outside office
working hours Monday to Friday and public holidays. If any items on an order are not in stock and there has been a long delay, we may despatch the rest of the order and the remaining items will be sent seperately, usually within a few days. Very occasionally there may be an unexpected delay from our suppliers, we will contact you in this case.
For unusual items we do not have in stock, in most cases the maximum delivery time from our suppliers is 7-10 days. We will do our best to inform you of the order's progress but please email if you have any concerns. As all orders are picked and packed by our staff in our own
warehouse, in very busy periods it may take a few days to process and dispatch your
order. Disclaimer. The above information applies to most cases but there are a
few exceptions. Very occasionally we may have to use our carrier service rather
than our own vans for very hard to reach areas in our local delivery range. We reserve the right to change our carrier charges without
notice but any additional expenses will be clearly shown on site. All prices shown exclude VAT.
