Returns Policy

We at Allfix are confident you will be happy with your purchase and we strive to provide the best quality products and service.

We take pride in keeping our customers happy and have an excellent record of customer satisfaction.

However very occasionally it may be necessary to return an item.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we provide a full returns service and offer a full refund or replacement for goods ordered on this website free of charge.

Local Postcode Delivery Area

We use our own company vans and drivers within this area. You have a right to check an order for errors or visual damage when a delivery is made. You have a right to refuse delivery in this case. We will exchange any items and have it redelivered to you free of charge.

Carrier Service

For long distance deliveries and for circumstances when we use our carrier service as explained in our Delivery page, a signature is required upon receipt of delivery. Please write 'UNCHECKED' together with your signature if you do not wish to inspect your items for any damage.

It is important you notify us via telephone, email or in person within 7 days of receipt in order for us to process a claim regarding damaged goods in transit or incorrect goods.

Other Circumstances

If you have changed your mind about an order, you can simply return an item under the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) but please note it is necessary to notify us via telephone, email or in person within 10 days of receipt in this case. Any packaged items must be unopened and unused to qualify, a full refund or exchange will be offered free of charge in most cases.

Once you have notified us you have up to 28 calendar days to return the goods to us at your own expense. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery in this case.

Faulty Goods

If your goods are faulty on arrival you have 28 calendar days to inform us of the fault. Any faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.

We will test the item and if a fault is found we will repair or send you a replacement free of charge and refund you any carriage charge. You are also entitled to a full refund.

If we cannot find a fault we will return the item to you but no carriage refunds will apply and you will be liable to any additional carriage charges.

Cancellation Policy

After placing an order and if it has not already been dispatched, you can simply cancel an order free of charge. This is integrated into our Returns Policy. Contact us via telephone or by email sales@allfix.co.uk as soon as possible to cancel an order. A full refund will be given.
