TYPE R 50MM X 2.5MTR THERMACLOSE CAVITY CLOSER
Closes the cavity without the need to return the blockwork, providing a solution to cold bridging problems.
The only rigid Cavity Closer available which creates a secondary water seal by use of a flexible strip.
Supplied in 2.5metre lengths that can be cut and joined without loss of thermal efficiency.
Can be joined vertically, at 45 degrees towards the outer leaf to stop penetration.
Installation in three ways:
1) Tack to the window frame.
2) Build-in using special ties.
3) Fixed to the inner leaf using the provided
holes after the reveal has been constructed.
